-If you need a referral to a medical specialist including Cardiology, Dermatology, ect
-New onset of mental health symptoms
-Patients who are currently pregnant
-Men experiencing urinary symptoms
-Severe cases of high blood pressure
-Pre-operative evaluations
-Request to complete paperwork or prefilled forms (example.... Family or Medical Leave Act forms)
