Concierge Medical Clinic is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner led medical practice founded by Kelly Callis, FNP-C. We offer personalized men's health, medical weight loss, urgent care, and wellness services through both in-office visits in Bradenton, FL and telehealth across Florida.

We are a private cash-pay practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to focus 100% on you — not your insurance company. No referrals, no waiting, no surprise bills. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted.

Yes! We offer both telehealth and in-office appointments. Virtual consultations allow patients across Florida to access quality medical care from the comfort of their home. In-office appointments are available at our Bradenton FL location. Call or text (727) 385-5520 for availability.

Initial Consultation — $100. Monthly TRT Membership — $140/month includes Testosterone Cypionate, all supplies, and free shipping. Labs are billed separately. Gel/topical testosterone pricing varies.
