She has 8 years of experience in primary medicine and a mission to redefine quick, affordable care. As the founder of a modern non-emergent/primary care practice, Kelly delivers expert evaluation, treatment, and wellness support without the long waits or high cost of traditional healthcare. She blends clinical excellence with convenience to give patients hight quality care on their schedule. Kelly lives in Bradenton Florida. 2. Can I get a prescription: Yes, our provider will formulate a treatment plan based on you condition and medical history. We also refill most prescriptions.... excluding opioids, ADHD, gabapentin, and new prescriptions for mental health
3. How long are the appointments? Most appointment take 15-20 minutes
4. Will I need follow up care? Some conditions do require follow up with your Primary Care Provider.
5. How much is the cost for your services? We charge a flat fee of $39.99 that will be taken after the visit is completed for non-emergent visits.
